Roles

  1. Admin (Download PDF option)
  2. Compiler (Edit / Delete/Comment) (No download option)
  3. Reviewer (Edit / Delete/Comment/Reviewed by) (No download option)
  4. Approver (Edit / Delete/Comment/Approved by)  (No download option)

Admin

  1. Can assign old dossier to new project
  2. only admin have option to fully download compiled dossier
  3. Publish dossier – Final dossier can be directly placed on secure unique link, which shall be shared with client from where it can download the dossier. For every download, notification goes to admin and log remains in back-end with IP address

Process

  1. select country
  2. dossier format (dropdown – CTD, ACTD, eCTD, USFDA, NAFDAC, PIC/s, Other) (Admin adds all the option from backend which will reflect in dropdown)
  3. add product details
  4. add packaging details
  5.  add other details specific to products
  6. click on create so a new project will be created with product name as project title
Next step:
  1. once project is created, next step, add header and footer template for dossier or create new and save as template
  2. Add structure of dossier and save as a template or import from previously added structure which can be edited and again saved as new template
  3. Once the structure is imported, different collaborators can upload the documents in relevant dossier section
  4. Dossier status shows fields where dossier documents are uploaded and where it is pending
  5. if document is modified, then versioning system is used and final version is showed. User can view previous version
  6.  All sections have comments section which user can add comments/remarks. the comment shows who has written the comment
Next step:
  1. once all docs are uploaded and reviewed and approved, print to PDF 
  2. with proper index, page numbers and other details as required
  3. comments not displayed in the dossier anywhere

Other Logic

  1. When documents are to be uploaded, it should not be required to keep window open.
  2. It takes the path and runs upload in background.
  3. User can work on other pages
  4. Upload Tab shows files kept for upload and its status
